Privacy Policy

1. 適用範圍｜Scope

本政策適用於本網站及我們就查詢、初步評估、建議書、項目交付及客戶支援而處理的資料。本政策不適用於第三方網站、平台或服務，例如 LinkedIn、Google Fonts、Unsplash 或其他外部連結。

This policy applies to this website and to information processed for enquiries, preliminary assessment, proposals, project delivery and client support. It does not apply to third-party websites, platforms or services such as LinkedIn, Google Fonts, Unsplash or other external links.

2. 我們可能收集的資料｜Information We May Collect

• 姓名、公司或機構名稱、職銜、電郵地址、電話或 WhatsApp 聯絡資料。
• 您在聯絡表格、電郵、LinkedIn 訊息、會議或項目討論中主動提供的業務背景、技術需求、系統環境、時間表、預算範圍及風險描述。
• 為準備建議書、技術評估、交付文件、培訓或支援而需要處理的項目資料。
• 網站技術資料，例如瀏覽器類型、裝置資訊、IP 位址、引用來源及伺服器記錄，但僅限網站寄存商、表單服務或安全工具正常運作所需的範圍。

• Name, company or organisation, job title, email address, phone number or WhatsApp contact details.
• Business background, technical requirements, system environment, timeline, budget range and risk descriptions voluntarily provided through forms, email, LinkedIn messages, meetings or project discussions.
• Project information required for proposals, technical assessment, delivery documents, training or support.
• Technical website data such as browser type, device information, IP address, referrer and server logs, limited to what is required for hosting, form submission or security operations.

3. 收集目的｜Purposes of Collection

我們使用資料以回覆查詢、評估項目是否適合、安排技術諮詢、準備建議書及報價、履行已同意的服務、提供支援、管理客戶關係、保護網站及系統安全，以及遵守法律、會計、審計或合規要求。

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, arrange technical consultations, prepare proposals and quotations, deliver agreed services, provide support, manage client relationships, protect website and system security, and comply with legal, accounting, audit or regulatory requirements.

4. 聯絡表格及安全驗證｜Contact Forms and Security

本網站的聯絡表格由本網站伺服器驗證，並透過 SMTP 郵件服務轉交至指定收件信箱。Cloudflare Turnstile 用於防機械人驗證，會處理驗證所需的技術資料。我們使用短期、經雜湊的網絡識別紀錄限制濫用；伺服器不另建查詢資料庫。郵件服務會處理查詢內容。請不要透過表格提交密碼、私鑰、助記詞、完整客戶資料、醫療資料、財務帳戶資料或任何高度敏感資料。

Our server validates contact form submissions and forwards enquiries to our designated inbox using an SMTP email service. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical data for bot protection. Short-lived hashed network identifiers are used to limit abuse. We do not maintain a separate enquiry database on the web server. Our email service processes enquiry content. Do not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases, complete customer datasets, medical data, financial account data or highly sensitive information through the form.

5. 直接促銷｜Direct Marketing

除非我們已取得適用法律要求的同意，否則我們不會使用您的個人資料作直接促銷。我們不會出售您的個人資料。

We will not use your personal data for direct marketing unless we have obtained any consent required by applicable law. We do not sell personal data.

6. 資料共享及第三方服務｜Sharing and Third-Party Services

我們只會在有合理需要時與服務供應商、專業顧問、合作交付夥伴或法律/監管機構共享資料，例如網站寄存、電郵、表單處理、文件協作、會計、法律意見或項目交付。任何共享均以實際需要為限。

We may share information with service providers, professional advisers, delivery partners or legal/regulatory bodies where reasonably required, including for website hosting, email, form processing, document collaboration, accounting, legal advice or project delivery. Sharing is limited to what is necessary.

7. 跨境傳輸｜Cross-Border Transfers

部分第三方服務或雲端工具可能在香港以外處理或儲存資料。當使用這些服務時，資料可能會被傳送至其他司法管轄區。我們會按服務需要及合理安全措施處理相關資料。

Some third-party services or cloud tools may process or store information outside Hong Kong. When these services are used, information may be transferred to other jurisdictions. We handle such information according to service needs and reasonable security measures.

8. 保存期限｜Retention

我們只會在達到收集目的、處理查詢、履行服務、處理爭議或符合法律、會計、審計及合規需要所需的期間保存資料。當資料不再需要時，我們會在合理可行範圍內刪除、匿名化或安全封存。

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the collection purposes, enquiry handling, service delivery, dispute management, or legal, accounting, audit and compliance requirements. When no longer needed, information will be deleted, anonymised or securely archived where reasonably practicable.

9. 資料安全｜Security

我們採取合理技術及組織措施保護資料，包括限制存取、使用安全通訊渠道、減少不必要資料收集及按項目需要管理資料權限。然而，互聯網傳輸及電子儲存不可能保證百分百安全。

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including access controls, secure communication channels, data minimisation and project-based permission management. However, internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. 您的權利｜Your Rights

在適用法律下，您可要求查閱或更正我們持有的個人資料。您亦可要求我們停止使用您的資料作特定用途，或查詢我們如何處理您的資料。我們可能需要核實您的身份，並可能在法律允許下收取合理費用。

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal data held by us. You may also ask us to stop using your information for specific purposes or enquire how we handle your information. We may need to verify your identity and may charge a reasonable fee where permitted by law.
